2-10 Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Program amendmentsNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Huntsville, Texas, has developed an industrial wastewater
pretreatment program pursuant to federal and state law. Proposed
modifications include certain changes to the City's Industrial Wastewater
Ordinance -Section 46, program policy and procedures, and specific limitations
on wastewater discharge. Copies of these proposed modifications are on file at
the office of the City Secretary at City Hall, 1212 Avenue M, Huntsville, Texas
77340. The City Council will accept written comments on these proposed
amendments until February 16, 2010. A public hearing on the proposed
amendments will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 in the City
Council Chambers at City Hall. The public is invited to attend and make
comments at the hearing.
