That number is multiplied by the number of directorships to be filled. A taxing unit participating in two or more districts is entitled to vote in each district in which it participates, but only the taxes imposed in a district are used to calculate voting entitlement in that district. In compliance of Section 6.03 (d) the voting entitlement for Walker County Jurisdictions is as follows: Jurisdiction 2012 Levy Allocation % Allocation x 1,000 Voting Entitlement City of Huntsville $5,477,767.43 0.1156 115.6 809 City of Riverside $42,515.91 0.0009 0.9 6 Huntsville ISD $23,443,147.33 0.4945 494.5 3462 New Waverly ISD $2,888,887.49 0.0609 60.9 427 Richards ISD $277,638.74 0.0059 5.9 41 Trinity ISD $210,902.09 0.0044 4.4 31 Walker County $15,064,353.53 0.3178 317.8 2224 Totals* $47,405,212.52 1.0000 1,000 7,000 *Reduced by excluding ESD #1, ESD #2 & Walker Co.
