MINUTES FROM THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THE 22 DAY OF JULY 2014, IN THE CITY HALL,
LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE M IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS, AT 5:00 PM.
The Council met in a regular session with the following:
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Mac Woodward, Andy Brauninger, Lydia Montgomery, Don H. Johnson, Keith D. Olson, Joe Emmett, Tish
Humphrey, Ronald Allen, Joe P. Rodriquez
COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: None
OFFICERS PRESENT: Matt Benoit, City Manager, Lee Woodward, City Secretary________________________________________________________
SPECIAL SESSION \[5:00PM\]
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Woodward called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
2. DISCUSSION/CONSIDERATION
a. Presentation, discussion and possible action on major funds to be contained in the 2014-2015 Budget
including, but not limited to fund balance, revenues, expenditure categories including personnel services,
supplies, maintenance of equipment, services, utilities and capital projects.
Steve Ritter, Finance Director, presented the current state of the proposed budget, and Matt Benoit, City Manager,
and City Directors and staff highlighted items the City Council would need to make particular decisions about as the
process continues and the budget is finalized.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Woodward adjourned the meeting at 9:06 p.m.
