Mayor Turner called the meeting to order.
ELECTRICAL POWER TO T- MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY
Authorize the City Manager to execute an utility easement to Entergy, Gulf States, Inc., to provide electrical power to the T-
Mobile communications facility located at the Service Center, as presented by Steve Stacy, Director of Public Works.
This document is required by Entergy in order to provide service to the facility approved on June 20, 2006 and to make
the site operational.
BACKGROUND:
T- Mobile requires an extension of electrical service from lines along Kevin Williams Drive to the facility site. The contract for
the site was approved by Council on June 20, 2006. T- Mobile has erected the tower and transceiver facilities and awaits final
connections to an electrical source.
FISCAL IMPACT/ FUNDING SOURCE:
Fiscal Impact: none
