The Council met in an emergency /special session with the following members present:

CALL TO ORDER [12:30 p.m.]
Mayor Turner called the meeting to order.
EMERGENCY /SPECIAL SESSION [12:30 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.]
1. Discuss and consider sewer line repair costs in excess of $25,000.00 for 846 Overbrook in Elkins Lake as
presented by Bill Daugette.
City Manager Kevin Evans and Public Works Operations Superintendent Bill Daugette led the session explaining
the plans for repairs and recommended funding for the sewer line at 846 Overbrook in Elkins Lake.
Councilmember Woodward made a motion to approve the repair costs in excess of 125.000.00 for 846Overbrook
in Elkins Lake and authorize City Manager to make emergency repairs and Councilmember Choate seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
