MINUTES OF THEJOINT MEETING WITH THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL AND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AD
HOC COMMITTEE HELD ON THE 22ND DAY OF JUNE 2006, IN THE CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE M IN THE
CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS AT 6:00 P.M.
The Council met in a special session with the following members present:
COUNCILMEMBERS:
J. Turner
Mickey Evans
Bob Tavenner
Mac Woodward
OFFICERS:
Kevin Evans, City Manager
Danna Welter, City Secretary
CALL TO ORDER [6:00 p.m.]
Mayor Turner called the meeting to order. There was not a quorum of Council present. He recessed the meeting and
turned the floor over to Councilmember Evans, CPAC Chairperson.
Chairman Evans introduced the CPAC Members and then asked for the CPAC(X) members to introduce themselves.
He continued with a comprehensive plan overview.
Chairman Evans discussed the duties and responsibilities of the new CPAC(X) members and presented an activities
timeline, followed by opening the floor for questions.
Chairman Evans stated that the next meeting would be Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 9:00 am at the City Service Center.
The consultant will be present.
Chairman Evans turned the meeting back over to Mayor Turner.
