Mayor Turner called the special session to order.
RECESS INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION [2:01 p.m. — 5:53 p.m.]
The City Council will conducted a closed session under Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, forthe following matter:
a) Termination Appeal of Kevin Story.
b) Deliberations on the Termination Appeal of Kevin Story.
RECONVENE TO CONSIDER THE DETERMINATION OF THE APPEAL HEARING [5:54 p.m.]
Councilmember Woodward made a motion to uphold the termination of Kevin Story, and Councilmember Evans
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
