The Council met in a special session with the following members present

CALL TO ORDER — MARCH 3, 2005 [9:00 a.m.]
Mayor Turner called the regular session to order.
OPEN RECORDS TRAINING
Present for the Open Records Training included: Mayor J. Turner and Councilmembers Bob Tavenner, Mickey
Evans, Jack Choate, and Mac Woodward. Staff present included Kevin Evans, Danna Welter, Thomas Leeper, Glenn
Isbell, Ray Black, Winston Duke, Bill Daugette, Steve Stacy, Stan Hamrick, and Staci McGinty. Planning and Zoning
member Jack Remarry was also present.
OPEN MEETINGS TRAINING
Present for the Open Meetings Training included: Mayor J. Turner and Councilmembers Bob Tavenner, Mickey
Evans, Jack Choate, and Mac Woodward. Staff present included Kevin Evans, Danna Welter, Thomas Leeper, Glenn
Isbell, Ray Black, Winston Duke, Bill Daugette, Steve Stacy, Stan Hamrick, and Staci McGinty. Planning and Zoning
member Jack Remeny was also present.
COUNCIL RETREAT
a. Reviewed and discussed agenda for work session /Mike Condiff, the Elim Group.
b. Discussed, evaluated and prioritized goals and objectives for the City in preparation of the FY 2006 -07 budget
process.
