MINUTES OF THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THE 19TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2006, IN THE
POLICE STATION MEETING ROOM, LOCATED AT 1220 11 r" STREET IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF
WALKER, TEXAS AT 6:00 P.M.
The Council met in a special session with the following members present:

CALL TO ORDER [6:00 p.m.]
Mayor Turner called the meeting to order.
a. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an option and lease agreement with T- Mobile to construct a communications -:
site on City property located at Fire Station #2 following the terms of the agreement, as presented by Steve Stacy,
Director of Public Works.
and Councilmember Woodward seconded the motion.
Councilmember Tavenner made an amendment to the motion for a 6 month lease with a 6 month option at an amount of
$400 and Councilmember Zander seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
A vote was taken on the original motion with amendment.
All were in favor except Councilmember Tavenner. The motion passed 7 -1.
b. ANNUAL EVALUATION OFCHARTER OFFICERS —City Manager, City Attorney, City Secretary and Municipal Judge.

RECONVENE
C. Approve reappointment of John Gaines as the Municipal Judge for a two year term beginning October 1, 2006.
Councilmember Woodward made a motion to renew the contract with the municipal iudge subject to details being
worked out and Councilmember Choate seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
