MINUTES OF THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THE 21STDAYOF DECEMBER, 2005, IN THE CITY!,
HALL, LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE M IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS AT 3:30 P.M.
The Council met in a special session with the following members present:

WORK SESSION [3:30 p.m.]
Mayor Turner, Councilmembers, City Attorney and various staff members participated in the work session which
consisted of a walk through of the Wynne Home as guided by Linda Pease, Cultural Services Coordinator.
CALL TO ORDER [4:00 p.m.]
Mayor Turner called the special session to order.

STATUTORY AGENDA
a. Approve expenditure of travel funds (registration, hotel, meals, and transportation) in an estimated amount of $1,000 per
Councilmember to attend the 2006 Elected Officials' Conference in Corpus Christi, Texas, on February 10 -12, 2006.
b. Approve the purchase of 24 PCs from Dell Marketing, at a cost of $35,297.94, to be funded from budgeted funds, as
presented by Chris Vasquez, IT Coordinator.
