CALL TO ORDER [12:30 p.m.]
Mayor Turner called the special work session to order.
EXECUTIVE SESSION [12:31 p.m. — 12:40 p.m.]
The City Council recessed into a closed session under Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, for the termination
Appeal of Stephanie Johnson.
RECONVENE [12:42 p.m.]
1. Approve Jill Driscoll as court reporter for proceedings.
EXECUTIVE SESSION [12:44 p.m. — 3:07 p.m.]
The City Council recessed into a closed session under Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, for the termination
Appeal of Stephanie Johnson.
[At the conclusion of the executive session, it was mutually decided that more time would be needed for each to
present their case. Both attorneys agreed to waive any time period and rescheduled the meeting for September 30`"
at 12:30 p.m.]
