Mayor Pro Tern Steed Smith led the invocation.
STATUTORY AGENDA
a. Review and approve community Congressional packets for presentation to Congressional representatives by City
Councilmembers during the National League of Cities Congressional Cities Conference to be held in Washington,
DC, March 10 -15, 2005.
City Manager Evans discussed the Congressional packet and requested approval of same for Councilmembers to
take to Washington, DC for presentation to Congressional representatives during NLC Conference.
