Ward 2 Councilmember Mac Woodward and At -Large Councilmember Judy Kayse hosted the Town Meeting.

CALL TO ORDER [6:30 p.m.]
Councilmember Woodward called the town meeting to order. Councilmember Woodward introduced the
Councilmembers present and City staff introduced themselves. City Attorney Thomas Leeper stated to the audience that
this was a town meeting and that due to Open Meetings law, Councilmembers would be limited in the remarks that they
could give to the questions /inquiries by the public.

'Preparing now for a Secure Future', by Bill Daugette, Operations Manager.
CITIZEN INPUT
Citizens were given an opportunity to comment and /or ask questions regarding the water needs for Huntsville and
then the forum was opened up for general commentslquestions.
