Mayor Pro Tem Steed Smith called the meeting to order.

Councilmember Kayse led the invocation.
EXECUTIVE SESSION [12:03 pm - 1:15 pm]
The City Council conducted a closed session as authorized by:
a. Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.074 - personnel matters regarding the election, appointment
and /or duties of one or more officers and /or employees, including the City Manager, City Secretary and City
Judge;
b. Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.071 - consultation with attorney regarding pending or
contemplated litigation;
C. Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.072 - deliberation regarding purchase, exchange, lease or
value of real property.
