The Council met in a special session with the following members present:

ELECTION OF ACTING MAYOR
Councilmember Choate made a motion to elect Gary Crawford as Acting Mayor for the September 2, 2004 work
session, and Councilmember Kayse seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Acting Mayor Gary Crawford called the regular session to order.
WORK SESSION
The City Council conducted a work session on the FY 2004 -05 budget.
