The City Council Finance Committee met in a special session with the following members present:

CALL TO ORDER [5:15 p.m.]
Committee Chair Councilmember Tavenner called the meeting to order.
WORK SESSION
The City Council Finance Committee met to discuss: the upcoming FY 04 -05 preliminary budget; the FY 02 -03
comprehensive annual financial report; and current budget/investment reports.
The City Council will be presented the audit at the August 17, 2004 meeting. Council member Tavenner requested that
the audit contract be made available for review.
