FINANCE COMMITTEE WORK SESSION [4:00-4:30 p.m.]
The City Council Finance Committee conducted a work session to discuss: first quarter budget adjustments; first quarter
financial statements; first quarter investment reports; and CIP budget adjustments.

Mayor Davidson called the work session to order.
WORK SESSION
The City Council conducted a work session to discuss the Fire Station and Wynne Home funding issues (with
presentations by Bill Nash, Becky Friel, JoAnn Castilla, Linda Pease, Patti Sue Davis, Roberta Plant, Mary Frances Park and
Don Kraemer); adoption of a City Council code of ethics; and plans for the National League of Cities conference in March
2004.
