The Council met in a special session with the following members present:

SPECIAL SESSION [5:00 p.m.]
The City Council conducted a work session to discuss the proposed FY 2003-04 Budget and Tax Rate. Council directed
staff to reduce the submitted budget by $207,000, the amount of revenues reduced by setting the tax rate at the effective tax
rate of 0.424685 per $100 valuation.
