The City Council met in a closed session under Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, for the following matter. Deliberations
on the Termination Appeal of Jewel McAdams.
' RECONVENE TO CONSIDER THE DETERMINATION OF THE APPEAL HEARING
Council member Kayse made a motion to sustain the City Manager's termination of Jewel McAdams. and Councilmember
Erb seconded the motion All were in favor except Councilmembers Escobedo Davis and Crawford The motion passed 5-3
NOTE Councilmember Choate was not present due to conflict of interest.
RECESS [12:42 a.m.]
Mayor Green recessed the meeting until 5:15 p.m. on January 7, 2003 to present written findings on termination appeal
of Jewel McAdams.
