CONSIDER PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AT THE CORNER OF AVENUE E AND 2ND STREET
IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,450 FROM VANI LEE JOHNSON OR THE TRUE OWNER THEREOF,
FOR GENERAL GOVERNMENT PURPOSES
Councilmember Rex made a motion to approve the purchase of the property at the comer of Avenue E and 2nd Street from Vani
Lee Johnson in the amount of $6.450 (from General Fund reserve), and Councilmember Lange seconded the motion. The motion
passed unanimously. „
