a. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Chapter 380 Agreement with Zenner, USA to
incentivize capital investment and job creation through a waiver of permit fees, grants of funds, and
financial incentives for job creation.

Texas Government Code as set out above, the City Council will reconvene in Open Session to take action, if
necessary, on the items addressed during Executive Session.
