y Council conducted a closed session as authorized by Texas Government Code , Chapter 551, Sections 551/071 —
nsultation with counsel on legal matters, and 551.087 — deliberation regarding economic development negotiation;
scifically, status of agreements with Ravenwood Village, Ltd., and related land development project located near intersection
1-45 and Smither Drive and agreement with Walker County related to TIRZ #1. [Note: Councilmember Mahaffey arrived at
15pm and was present from this time forward.]
