The Council met in a special session with the following:

OFFICERS PRESENT: Victor Pena, Interim City Manager; Thomas Leeper, City Attorney; Stephanie Brim, City
CALL TO ORDER [5:30pm]
Mayor Turner called the meeting to order.
SPECIAL SESSION
City Council conducted a special session to discuss and provide direction towards the development of the FY
budget. Presentations, staff reports and discussion included:
GASB 45, as presented by Ric Panzera, First Southwest; Chamber & Hotel /Motel Budget, as presented by Dee Everett
Kimm Thomas, Huntsville - Walker County Chamber of Commerce; Health Insurance, specifically the change to a new prov
from Great West to United Healthcare, as presented by Victor Pena, Director of Administrative Services.
