The Council met in a special session with the following: COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: J. Turner, Wayne Barrett, Tom Cole, Charles Forbus, Clarence Griffin, Melissa Lanny Ray, Mac Woodward, Dalene Zender OFFICERS PRESENT: Stephanie Brim, City Secretary CALL TO ORDER [9:OOam] Mayor Turner called the meeting to order. EXECUTIVE SESSION [9:OOam- 5:OOpm] City Council conducted a closed session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.074 personnel matters regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public officer or employee, specifically to interview and deliberate on candidates for the position of City Manager, as follow 9:OOam - 12:00pm City Council conducted interviews with selected candidates for the position of City Manager City Hall and The Wynne Home Arts Center. 12:00pm — 1:OOpm Lunch Break 1:OOpm — 4:00pm Interviews at both locations continued. 4:OOpm — S:OOpm City Council deliberated on the candidates.
