Turner called the meeting to order.
CIAL SESSION
Council conducted a special session to discuss and provide direction towards the development of the FY 2008 -09 buy
• Projected revenues were presented by Winston Duke, Director of Finance.
• Department presentations were made by staff: Administrative Services (Victor Pena); Community Services,
Lumpkins; Public Utilities, Bill Daugette.

• Department presentations continued: Public Works, Steve Stacy, P.E.; Finance, Winston Duke; Public Safety, Jeanil
Sanders; City Council & Charter Offices, by Victor Pena, Thomas Leeper and Stephanie Brim.

• Each Councilmember was given the opportunity to express their opinions and /or ask questions on b
issues. Staff were instructed to develop responses to the Council's requests for additional information.
