Turner opened the meeting with a prayer.
i Council conducted a facilitated retreat to discuss, evaluate and prioritize goals and objectives for the City in
the fiscal year 2008 -2009 budgeting process.
Ron Cox of Ron Cox Consulting began the meeting with a review of last year's work; a review of governance;)
�rstanding roles and fulfilling expectations; the Council's mission and vision, and a review of the day's planned activities. '
`presented updates to the current Strategic Plan and fielded questions from the City Council.
Council discussed and set updated goals for an updated FY 2009 Strategic Plan, providing staff with direction
