City Council held a work session to discuss potential City participation in the future expansion and relocation of th
iodist Retirement Communities ( "MRC'). Specifically, MRC Representative Mr. Sam Burriss requested that the Ci
icil waive permitting fees and provide assistance in providing water and sewer service to their proposed new facility.
