Mayor Turner called the meeting to order.

Discuss and take action on Ordinance 2007 -06 -12.1 amending the FY 2006 -07 budget, as presented by Winston Duk
Director of Finance and Cindy Andrews, Fleet Services Superintendent.
Ms. Andrews presented a power point on her warehouse /purchasing proposal to secure the City's assets and proper
proposal includes purchasing security cameras for the Service Center, swimming pool and remote sites, fencing fort)
yard, one full time personnel to be shared between the warehouse and purchasing, adding a customer service center
warehouse, computer, scanner and phones for a total of $84,768 for the remainder of this budget year.
Mr. Duke briefed City Council on the budget amendment needed to fund this project.
