MINUTES OF THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THE 1s' DAY OF MAY, 2007, IN THE CITY
LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE M IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS AT 5:00 P.M.
The Council met in a regular session with the following members present:

Mayor Turner called the meeting to order.

CONSENT AGENDA
a. Consider minutes of April 10, 13 -14, and 17, 2007. [ Danna Welter]
Councilmember Evans made a motion to approve the consent agenda and Councilmember Choate seconded the
motion. The motion passed unanimously.

STATUTORY AGENDA
a. Accept Fiscal Year 2005 -06 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, as presented by Ken Davis, Auditor.
Ken Davis gave a brief overview of the Fiscal Year 2005 -06 CAFR.
b. Approve annual contracts with the option to renew for one additional year with: Pavers Supply for Cement
Stabilized Flexible Base at $41.44 /ton (delivered) and $36.44/ton (pickup), Pavers Supply for Flexible Base at
$24.52/ton (pickup), Service Ready Mix for Flexible Base at $23.50/ton delivered) and, Cleveland Asphalt at
$1.593 /gallon delivered, as presented by Debby Mikulin, Purchasing Agent.
The annual contracts for cement stabilized flexible base, Flexible base, and HFRS2 materials are due to expire.
These products are purchased periodically and when needed to repair and restore the City streets to meet City and s'
regulations. All the contracts are for a two year period.
