Proclamation No. 2022-25
/
WHEREAS, Seth Brown has earned the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America Organization, Eagle Scout; and
WHEREAS, Seth began scouting as a Bear Cub in Pack 98 before crossing over to Boy Scout Troop 98 and has been active in the Troop for the past seven years; elected into the Order of
the Arrow scouting honor society; and
WHEREAS, Seth’s accomplishments include serving as Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Patrol Leader, Chaplain, and Troop Guide, and he chose to build a two-story set
of outdoor stairs at First Assembly of God Church for his Eagle project; and
WHEREAS, Seth also participates in the Huntsville High School Theatre, serving as an officer in the Thespian club, active in church youth group and excelling in his academic studies;
and
WHEREAS, Seth Brown exemplifies the values that make a community strong. The City of Huntsville is proud of Seth; and
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Andy Brauninger, Mayor of Huntsville Texas,
DO HEREBY CONGRATULATE AND PROCLAIM
