Proclamation No. 2022-4
WHEREAS Billy Moak has completed the requirements for, and having been examined by an Eagle Scout Board of Review, has been found worthy of the rank of Eagle Scout; and
WHEREAS on the 27th day of March 2022 before an Eagle Scout Court of Honor, Billy Moak of Troup 114 shall receive Boy Scouts of America highest honor, the Eagle Scout Award; and
WHEREAS Billy Moak has demonstrated commitment to his fellow citizens though countless hours of tireless, dedicated efforts; and
WHEREAS Eagle Scouts act as leaders and role models in the community; and
WHEREAS the City of Huntsville is proud to have Billy Moak as parts of this community as he exemplifies the values that make this community strong.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Andy Brauninger, Mayor of Huntsville Texas,
DO HEREBY CONGRAGULATE AND RECOGNIZE
Billy Moak and his achievements in obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
