Mayor Brauninger called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Councilmember McKenzie gave the invocation, and the pledges were led by Mayor Brauninger.

Councilmember Humphrey made a motion to renew the City Manager’s current contract for an additional 12 months with a 5% increase. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Graham. The
