Consider adoption of Ordinance 2021-22 Ordering a Municipal Election to be held on November 2, 2021, for the purpose of electing a Mayor at-large and four Councilmembers, one from each of the City's four wards. First Reading- Consider adoption of Ordinance 2021-23, amending the Huntsville Code of Ordinances, specifically Chapter 42, Division 2 – Hotel Occupancy Tax Advisory Board to restructure the Hotel Occupancy Tax Advisory Board to function as the Tourism Advisory Board which shall operate under bylaws approved by the City Council, first reading.
