ORDINANCE NO. 80-2
AN ORDINANCE DELETING CHAPTER 13A, ENTITLED PARKS AND RECREATION OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS AND PROVID-
ING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntsville has deemed this
chapter of the Code of Ordinances to be no longer desirable as it no longer
fits into the scope of the City's Division of Parks and Recreation, and it
is felt the public interest would be best served by the deletion of this
Chapter in its entirety.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that Chapter 13A of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Huntsville be hereby rescindedinits entirety to be effective upon the
passage of this Ordinance.
