RESO CC 10/28/75 - Municipal Court assistant judgeRESOLUTION NO. 75-30
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Huntsville does provide in Section
10.02 of that document that, ". . . in the event the Judge of the Municipal
Court is temporarily unable to act for any reason, a qualified person shall
be appointed to act in his/her place" and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Betty Tackett is Municipal Clerk of the Court and has
proven through her ability and training to be fully qualified to execute the
duties of the position in the absence of the Judge,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that Mrs. Betty Tackett is hereby designated
Assistant Court Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Huntsville.
