A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
FINDING AND DETERMINING ThE HOURS
AND COST OF OPERATION OF CERTAIN
STREET DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT IN THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A BASEBALL COMPLEX
FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARKS
AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntsville
nas heretofore authorized the construction and erection of improve-
ments on City property consisting of a Baseball Complex, which con-
struction was a participating cost project in connection with a grant
of funds under the direction of the State of Texas Parks and Wildlife
Commission; and,
WHEREAS, during the course of such construction the
C.ty of Huntsville expended actual monies and in addition thereto
personnel and equipment allocated to the Department of Public Works
of the City of Huntsville, and a necessity exists for the City
Council to ascertain and determine the number of hours and the costs
to the said City for such personnel and equipment used in connection
with such project;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, THAT after examination of records maintained by
the said City, it has been determined that the equipment and personnel
utilized by the City in the construction and erection of a Baseball
Complex on City property was in value as follows:
