A COUNTY TAIL AND RECITING THE CONSIDERATION T E FOR.
S, the Council of the City of Huntsville, did by reeo-
lution dated September 12th, 1933, duly of record ir Book G, page
503, of the Minutes of the Oity Council of the City of Huntsville,
Texas, authorize the Mayor of said Oity and the City Secretary to
execute and deliver to Walker County, Texas, a quit claim deed to
certain lands and premise e in the'City of Huntsville, then owned
by said City of Huntsville, upon the terms and conditione set out
in said resolution; and

AS, said Mayor and said Secretary did on the 12th day of
September, 1933, make, execute and deliver to said Walker County a
deed to the lands and premises described in said resolution, and it
has now been ascertained by a re -survey of said lands and premises
that the lande and premises so conveyed by said City of Huntsville
to eaid Walker Qounty, Texas, were not, in fact, owned by said City,
and it is desirable to execute a quit claim deed conveying to eaid
Walker County, Texas, the lards and premises actually owned by said
City for the purpose of constructing thereon a county jail; and

, the conditions set forth in said resolution have not
changed, and it is to the beet interest of said City of Huntsville
that the contract and agreement by and between Walker County, Texas,
and said City, as fully set forth in said resolution, be in all
things carried out, and said Walker County has agreed to construct
upon said lands and premises and is now actually constructing
thereon a county jail, and has agreed, as a part of the consideration
for said conveyance, that said city. of Huntsville
jail for city prisoners 'thout any charge therefor,

and said City of Huntsville has agreed to furnish to said walker
aounty,Texas, for use in said jail, free of any charge whatsoever,
ten thousand (10,000) gallons of ater per month, and to alio

said walker gounty, Texas, has further agreed to pay said pity for
all water used by it at said. jail in cea of ten thousand
gallons per month at the regular rates of said City of huntsvillet

hereby authorized and empowered to execute and deliver for and on
behalf of the Uity f Huntsville, Texas, to Walker County, Texas
upon the terms and for the consideration a set forth in this reso-
lution and in the resolution u1y of record in 400k G, page 503,
of the irutee of this council, a quit el in deed. to all of the
