AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS, AMENDING ARTICLE III, CHAPTER 17 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, BY DELETING
CERTAIN TERMS FROM SUBPARAGRAPH (1 Section 17- 32,)SO AS TO
LIMIT THE DEFINITION OF DEVELOPMENT, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS, that subparagraph (1, Section 17 -32,) of ARticle III of Chapter
17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 17 -32- Definitions
(1) Development: A subdivision, under the terms of Article 974(a)
Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes and the City of Huntsville, Subdivision
Ordinance No. 72 -17.
BE IT FURTHER ORDIANED that said section as amended, shall be
effective from and after the date hereof.
