Proc. 2014-23 Jeremiah Rosenberger Day 03-30-14
PROCLAMATION
NO. 2014-23
WHEREAS today Jeremiah stands of special note as the fourth sibling in the
Rosenberger family to have realized the accomplishment of becoming an
Eagle Scout in Troop 114 under the leadership of Larry Fusaro; and
WHEREAS Jeremiah earned the Arrow of Light Badge as a Cub Scout and crossed over
as a Boy Scout in 2010, having since earned 42 merit badges; and
WHEREAS throughout his years of Scouting, Jeremiah also served as Assistant Senior
Patrol Leader, Patrol Leader, and Troop Guide; and
WHEREAS Jeremiah wanted to give back to Fellowship of Huntsville Church, which he
had enjoyed while growing up, and worked with the pastor to select and
build a gaga dodgeball pit for the church as his project; and
WHEREAS the City of Huntsville is proud of Jeremiah Rosenberger, as he exemplifies the
values that make a community strong.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED, by the power vested in
me as Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas that:
March 30, 2014
be declared: “Jeremiah Rosenberger Day”
in the City of Huntsville and call upon our citizens to join in the celebration of this
achievement and acknowledge his special contributions to our community.
