BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS, that Chapter 11 B of the Code of Ordinances of the Ci y of
Huntsville is hereby amended by amending Section 11 B- 13 (b so
that hereafter Section 11 8 - 13 (b) shall read as follows:
(b) On January 5th and July 5th of each year, each o er,
operator or manager of a Mobile Home Park shall furnish to t e
building inspector of the City of Huntsville a complete list ng of
Mobile Home Owners residing within their respective Mobile H me Parks
on January 1st and July 1st. of each year. Such listing sha 1 include
the name of the owner of such Mobile Home and a description f the
Mobile Home in which said person resides.
