AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 OF ORDINANCE NO. 72 -7, COMMO
THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, B
THAT NO BUILDING PERMIT SHALL BE ISSUED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF I
ON ANY LOT OR SUBDIVISION UNTIL THE STREET UPON WHICH SUCH LO
IS COMPLETED, AND ALL WATER, SEWER, AND OTHER UTILITIES AVAI
LOT, WITH ALL OF SUCH IMPROVEMENTS TO BE COMPLETED ACCORDING
SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, AN
ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING CHAPTER SIX (6), OF THE CODE OF OR
OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, BY ADDING A SENTENCE TO SEC
(a) PROVIDING THAT ALL BUILDING PERMITS ISSUED UNDER SUCH BUI
SHALL BE FURTHER CONTROLLED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE SUBDIVIS
OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE FO
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HU
TEXAS, THAT SECTION 13 OF ORDINANCE NO. 72 -7 COMMONLY CALLED
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, IS HE
AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

TO SECTION 105.1 (a) TO THE EXISTING PARAGRAPH 105.1 (a), WHI
