DELETING SECTION 9.6 - COLLECTION CHARGES - DELINQUENCI
ADDING THREE NEW SECTIONS, 9.10 - INSPECTION; 9.11 - P
AND 9.12 - SAVINGS CLAUSE:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the Cit
ville, Texas, that: Section 9.6 - Collection Charges -
be deleted.
That Chapter Nine, Garbage and Refuge, of the
Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, be amended by add
new sections to be numbered 9.10, 9.11 and 9.12, which
sections shall read as follows:
SECTION 9.10 - INSPECTION
The City Health Officer, in discharge of his
duties, and upon proper identification, shall have auth
to enter any premises, at any reasonable hour to inspec
premises for violations of this ordinance.
SECTION 9.11 - PENALTIES
Any person, firm or corporation who shall vio
of the provisions of this Ordinance, or who shall fail
with same shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con
thereof shall be punished by fine not exceeding $200.00
every day or fraction thereof which this ordinance or a

Any violation of this ordinance which creates a nuisance,
may be enforced by suit in the District Court by the Ci y Attorney
to enjoin such violation.
SECTION 9.12 - SAVINGS CLAUSE
That if any Section, part or provision of thi
is declared unconstitutional or invalid, then, in that
