ORD CC 04/03/62 - TDCJ Airplane HangerBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS:
SECTION I:
Permission and authority is hereby given to the Texas
Department of Corrections to erect and construct an
airplane hanger on the Municipal Airport owned by the
City of Huntsville, Texas, under these terms and con-
ditions:
1. The site of the said hanger shall be near
the old water -well site, ,as previously
agreed upon by and between representatives
of the City and Texas Department of
Corrections.
2. Such hanger shall be constructed with con-
crete floor and metal type construction,
in accordance with the accepted rules and
standards of the FAA.
3. The hanger shall be approximately 40' by
35', and shall be constructed by Texas
Department of Corrections at its own cost
and expense and with no cost to the City.
4. The Texas Department of /Corrections shall
and will furnish its own connections to
utilities, at its own cost and expense and
withouyceat to the City.
5. The Texas Department of Corrections shall
and will operate and maintain the hanger
in accordance with all City regulations
pertaining to airport hangers at its air-

SECTION III:
Attest:
No rentals shall be charged by the City against•Texas
Department of Corrections in connection with the
operation and maintenance of Amid hanger. At the termi
nation, cancellation or expiration of the rights hereby
given and granted, Texas Department of Corrections shall
have the right to remove from the airport the airplane
hanger and all other improvements placed upon the pre-
mises by it.
