BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY Or HUNTSVILLE IN
COUNCIL ASSEMBLED:
• SECTION ONE: That there is hereby levied, for the current year on all real
property situated and all personal property owned the limits of said
City of Huntsville, Texas, on the first day of January, 19i , except so
m.ucb as may be exempt under the Constitution and laws of this State of the
United States, the foliowin taxes;

on the One Hundred ($100.0) Dollars cash value thereof, estimated
in tart ul currenc,, of the United States for the current expenses for the
support and maintenance of the City Government of said City of Huntsville,

currency of the United States, to pay current interest ¢: and provide one

and warrants, and any and all other bonds and warrants outstanding here to-

levied autstanding obligations of the said City of Huntsville, Texas.
(3) An occupation tax on all persons, firms and corporations doinE
business within the City of Huntsville, Texas, equal to one-half of that
provided by lair for occupation tax due and payable to.the State of Texas,
and lncludini; all amendemer.ts of Article 7.J,47 of the Revised Statutes of
1925, and other ar_endnents thereto.
