RIZED TO EXERCISE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 39110F

BE IT ORDIANED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUN
TEXAS:
Section 1. Subject to like provisions being made by

Commissioner's Court of Walker County, Texas, by proper or$er,
duly promulgated and entered on its minutes, and as author zed
by the provisions of Chapter 391 of the Acts of the Regula Session
of the 50th Legislature, 1947, there is hereby created a j int
airport zoning board, to be known a; the HUNTSVILLE MUNICIP AIRPORT
Zoning Board, which shall have the powers and exercise the
duties
set forth in Sections 2 and 3 of Chapter 391 of the Acts of the
Regular Session of the 50th Legislature, 1947.
Section 2. The HUNTSVILLE MUNICIPAL Joint Airport Board shall
be composed of five (5) members, two to be appointed by the City
Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, and two members o be
appointed by the Commissioner's Court of Walker County, Te as. The
fifth member shall be elected by a majority of the members
appointed and said fifth member shall serve as Chairman of
HUNTSVILLE MUNICIPAL Joint Airport Zoning Board.
Section 3. RALPH J. LAWSON and DAVID TINSLEY are her
