AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 -9, CHAPTER 8 0
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVIL E,
BY REPEALING SUB- PARAGRAPH I (c) OF SECTION 8-
AND THEREBY DELETING THE REQUIREMENT FOR PAYME T
OF A FEE FOR ISSUANCE OF A BURNING PERMIT, AND
OTHERWISE RENUMBERING THE SUB - PARAGRAPHS OF SA D
SECTION 8 -9 TO BE IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hunts ille,
Texas, that sub - paragraph I (c) of Section 8 -9, Chapter 9 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas, is here y
repealed.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the remainder of said ordinance
remaining in full force and effect, and any sub - paragraphs thereof,
be renumbered chronologically where necessary to replace the repealed
Section 1 (c).
