BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Huntsville, Texas:
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, acting
and by virtue of Title 28, Chapter 9, Revised Civil Stet
of the State of Texas of 1925, and all amendments thereo
ticuarly Article 11058 thereof, and by Ordinance approve
28, 1972, has determined that a necessity exists for mak
certain improvements to certain specified streets within
