PROCLAMATION
NO. 2012-39
WHEREAS Kay Douglas will be recognized as a brand new Sales Director
during a special recognition ceremony; and
WHEREAS Kay has served as a member of the Huntsville Independent School
District Board of Trustees and is committed to helping Huntsville
residents succeed in business; and
WHEREAS In partnership with Mary Kay, Mrs. Douglas has raised monetary
contributions for a number of charitable foundations; and
WHEREAS Kay is recognized by her fellow sales professionals as an invaluable
asset who works diligently to serve her community and country.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED, by the power vested in me as
Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas that:
April 28, 2012
be declared: “Kay Douglas Day”
in the City of Huntsville, and call upon our citizens to join in the celebration of her
achievement and acknowledge her contributions.
