PROCLAMATION
NO. 2011-40
WHEREAS Paul Chapel Missionary Baptist Church has been part of the Crabbs Prairie
community since its founding in 1892 and is currently led by Minister Marion
Bridges, Pastor; and
WHEREAS August 21, 2011 marks the church’s third annual Men In Black Program with the
theme of “Steadfast Men In Black Working For Christ”; and
WHEREAS the Men In Black Program focuses on strengthening the church’s youth program and
its outreach, the families of the church and the elderly; and
WHEREAS the program’s primary goal is to serve the Paul Chapel Missionary Baptist Church
family in order to build God’s kingdom.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED, by the power vested in me as
Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas that:
AUGUST 21, 2011
be declared:
“MEN IN BLACK PROGRAM DAY”
in the City of Huntsville and urge all residents to join with them in honor of this fine program
and Paul Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
