PROCLAMATION
NO. 2017-04
WHEREAS New Start Fellowship Church is led by Bishop Marion Bridges, Jr., Pastor, who has for many years contributed to the community through youth and offender intervention and assistance;
and
WHEREAS November 13, 2016 marks the fourth annual Men In Black Program; and
WHEREAS the Men In Black Program focuses on strengthening the church’s youth program and outreach, the families of the church, and the elderly; and
WHEREAS the program’s primary goal is to serve the New Start Fellowship Church family in order to build a strong community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED, by the power vested in me as Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas that:
November 13, 2016
be declared: MEN IN BLACK PROGRAM DAY
in the City of Huntsville, and urge all residents to join them in honoring this fine program and the congregation of New Start Fellowship Church.
